These terms apply to all services provided by Aramind (psychological counseling, coaching, assessment and services for organizations).

2. Nature of the services

Our services are psychological counseling and coaching. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment or an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112 (EU) or your local emergency number.

3. Appointments

An appointment is booked once we have confirmed it by email. Sessions take place by video.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on the website. The intro call is free. Paid sessions are paid by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the session. The 5-session package is valid for 3 months.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. [Adjust if needed.]
